Product

DeepIntent predicts the visitor's favourite product, favourite category, conversion intent, signal reliability, returning-session context and audience membership changes.

No. DeepIntent works alongside GA4, GTM, Consent Mode and your existing website activation. It uses allowed behavioural events and returns a visitor signal your stack can use.

No. Confidence explains how much evidence supports the selected favourite signal and intent classification. It is not presented as a guaranteed purchase probability.

Implementation

The browser SDK can be loaded through GTM or your codebase. It reads consented dataLayer events, normalizes product and category interactions and makes the current visitor signal available.

DeepIntent uses the consented behavioural events your website already emits. Product or category interactions, session context and clearly defined conversion events make the signal more useful.

Once the dataLayer and consent setup are ready, the first signals can often be available in about two weeks. Timing depends on event quality, website access and the activation you want to launch first.

Measurement

DeepIntent can connect signals to hard outcomes such as purchases, quote requests, test drives, dealer contacts, demos, trials or other client-defined conversions.

Not by default. Business Impact shows influenced outcomes and associated value. Incremental impact should only be claimed when a validation setup, such as a holdout, supports it.

DeepIntent is designed around pseudonymous identifiers, consented events and contract-defined retention. Names, email addresses and phone numbers should not be placed in the dataLayer.
